Utah Relocation: Helping You Find Your Way…Transportation

:::Utah representative smiling::: Hello Utah Buyers of Ultimately Utah, I hope you enjoyed your flight. I would personally like to welcome each and every one of you to the State of Utah and to The Heart of Utah Real Estate relocation and military transfer guide and to share with you the beauty, convenience and simple living that our state has to offer. If you haven’t noticed, I was the Captain of Buyers Brilliance and the Captain of Ultimately Utah.  I personally wanted to take this journey with you and share the knowledge I have of our incredible state.  My wish is to take you through the home buying process for relocations and military transfers with ease and make this time comfortable for you by providing you with all the knowledge and confidence you will need to make Utah your home.

Well my friends as you can see, we have a lot of snow in Utah today.  It was reported that we have had 100 mph wind gusts and all this snow is 1out of 6 snow storms that will hit over the next few days. Yikes! While you are here we will have to get in some snow tubing, snow skiing, snow boarding and anything snow that you want to try to get your feet wet in Utah. We arrived at the Salt Lake International Airport in perfect timing. When traveling to Utah in the winter to search for your new home, I would recommend bringing ample amounts of warm clothing.  The temperature this evening will be in the low 19 degrees.

:::buyer shivering catches tour guides eye::: Oh my, excuse me sir, the one shivering. Did you say you're from Arizona and you left with 67 degree weather? I see, those shorts you're wearing may allow the hairs on your legs to freeze, so tomorrow remember to dress warm. You don't have anything warm to wear? Well it looks like you will get the opportunity to go shopping at the The Gateway.

As we are making our way around Utah you will see that our state has various forms of transportation that will be a part of your daily life. Today I’m going to provide you information about the airport that will be helpful for you as you are making travels to see family and friends and each of them to visit you as well.

The Salt Lake International Airport: The Salt Lake City airport has received various awards and honors. One is from JD Power for ranking in the top 10 for customer service for many years and another from the U.S. Department of Transportation annual statistics for being the “most on-time airport in the nation for departures in 2005 and placed second for arrivals”.   In addition to these wonderful awards the airport is within 60 miles of 11world-class ski resorts, the gateway to over 100 golf courses and convenient access to National Parks and Utah State Parks.  Also included:

Airport Car Rentals Servicing Hertz, Budget, Alamo, Avis, Dollar, National and more. The link will take you to a website with 3 easy steps to renting a car.

Utah Transit Authority which is the bus service for Utah covering all along the Wasatch Front from Ogden to Provo and surrounding areas. More detailed information for routes, maps and schedules available by clicking on the link.

The Heart of Utah Real Estate Shuttle Bus will be here to pick you up shortly and take each of you to your hotel where you can get a good night rest, dream about your new home in Utah and get ready for another day of touring Utah for your Utah relocation and military transfers.  Oh, and don’t forget to dress warm for the snowball fight tomorrow.

Hotels across Salt Lake City Utah and downtown. The city offers over 50different hotels to meet the needs of your particular requests and comfort. 35 minutes away from the Salt Lake International Airport is North Davis County which is the home for Hill AFB and provides various Hotels for your stay.

Candace: Thank YOU!  That is an incredible comment coming from the HTML queen. I've had the fire under my rear and feet since the beginning of the year and these great groups that were formed for localism, really have kept me holding strong to my goal.  Have a great week!

Cynthia: Hmmm...now that's an idea, but I don't think I could fit the 100 buyers that I have on board. LOL.  Thank YOU for your continued support.

Adam: Thank YOU for creating the Local Expert group.  I had never really "enjoyed" writing localism before, but I'll tell you, it's been fun to say the least.  To make it more exciting I really want to draw in the reader and make them feel as though they were being catered too.  That's how I love to treat my clients. Have a fabulous week!

Jo: You are such a great support to me here. I just adore you and your group for localism accountability which has done just that. I'm a major driver and if you give me a challenge then I will work my tail off to get there. Thank YOU as always for you friendship and inspiration.

Bill: Thank YOU!  I'm so happy that you and others are enjoying reading my blog. As you know, I was really struggling to write localism posts and now I've found that they are not only fun, but I'm learning things about areas of Utah that truthfully, I hadn't been aware of before. Enjoy your day!

Carole: Thank YOU and it truly means a lot to me that you take the time to stop by and read these posts and make such kind comments. They are very time consuming, but well worth it. I hope you enjoy the next one for this series. Enjoy your day!

Tom: Thank YOU!  Oh my, the weather out here is really cold and I'm ready for spring.  Is that silly? We needed the snow desperately though.  Have a great day!

Linda: No you're awesome!  You are such a treasure to me and I so appreciate you always being such a great support to me and my writings. Have a fantastic day!

Grace: I'm hoping the phone rings too! Thank YOU for the wishes and such kind comments. I appreciate your friendship. Enjoy your day!

Teri: Thank YOU! I truly appreciate you being such a wonderful support here. I hope you enjoy the next post to this series. Have a wonderful day!

John~Thank YOU! Your comment is greatly appreciated.  I don't come from a military family, however I have close relatives, friends and clients who have been in the military.  The whole idea of helping our servicemen and women and in somehow, someway giving back to them is what drives me to get the word out. Have a wonderful night!
