I've found that most people don't realize how to use recreational property. For one thing; they only seem to use it during the summer months. Recreational property must have year round appeal that keeps you coming back on weekends and holidays.
Hartstene pointe is one of those recreational areas that can be used year round, not just in the summer. Look at the following;
- Fishing, salmon cod or crab (in season of course)
- Boating, the waters just a few degrees colder in the winter, put on your wetsuit
- Beach and trail exploring, three and a half miles of private beach and four miles of hiking trails
- Beach campfires, no fire hazards and a nice warm fire feels great on the beach
- Peace and quiet, just you and your thoughts
As an owner, I have found that I can read more books and discover more about my family in the winter at Hartstene Pointe that in the summer. We all gather together and play board games, watch movies and just plain have fun in the winter. The beauty and tranquility is still there to be discovered however a roaring fire in the evening with a good friends or family is hard to beat...
Let me help you discover Hartstene Pointe and how to use recreation property!
