Westerville real estate market report for November 2012:

• Average "for sale" price - $217,000
• Average sold price - $194,000 
• Median sold price - $178,000

The November 2012 average sale price of a Westerville home was up 9.6% from a year earlier.  The $217,000 average "for sale" price of a Westerville home was down 4.8% from  November 2011.

The $178,000 median sale price of a Westerville home was up 9.9% from a year earlier when the median sale price was $162,000.

The number of Westerville homes sold in November was up 16.4%.  The number of homes for sale in November was down 19.5% from November 2011.

Franklin County real estate -  $166,000 average sold price

Delaware County real estate - $284,000 average sold price
