Well it's January 3rd and the phone is starting to ring again. Throughout the holiday season with Thanksgiving, Christmas and then New Years all so close together the phone seems to get a little quiet. When you combine those holidays together with the cold weather of Northern Ohio and real estate almost stops.
Now, even though it's extremely cold outside, we have showings set up and buyers on the move again.
It definitely doesn't hurt that the "Fiscal Cliff" was addressed to some point. It takes some of the political uncertainties off of our buyers as well.
Well Happy New Year to you all and my hope is that 2013 is your greatest year yet!
