Property values here on Lake Oconee & Lake Sinclair continue to hold despite the market in general. Price reductions have leveled off and the real estate community in general is beginning to become active again w Spring on the horizon. This is due, I believe, to the resiliency of both lakes in regards to drought levels (both are completely full), the world renouned luxury golf communities, and the convenience from Atlanta, Athens, Augusta, and Macon.
