After thirty-two years of working in the public sector, three fantastic years of retirement, and years of trying to develop a consistently respectable golf game, I determined I needed something more to occupy my time. A career in real estate, I thought, would be a great way to meet and interact with people, to get outside and enjoy the great outdoors, and to assist people with their real estate desires.
I enrolled in real estate classes in an attempt to prepare for the California Real Estate examination. After studying and trying to keep pace with the younger people in those classes, the time has come for me to display what I have learned (final exam). It is my hope that I have retained enough to impressively perform during the final examination, satisfy the requirements for the state examination, and as importantly, not embarrass myself. It has proven to be a challenging and rewarding experience. I've had the opportunity to meet, study with and learn from some dedicated real estate professionals.
I hope my future communication is one that reports I've accomplished my objectives.
