If you always put limits on everything you do, physical or anything else, it will spread into yur work and into your life. The only limits we have are the ones WE put on ourselves. There are no limits. There are only plateaus, and you must NOT stay there, you must go beyond them... Once you hit a plateau then that is where your new goals and desires are to step up and have you looking, working and doing things to achieve even greater happiness and success. Excuses are the easy way our for the weak. You are not weak. What can you do today to push yourself farther ahead?

Steve,
This is a great post. It reminds me of Robert Schuller's book, The Peek to Peak Principle. When you reach your goal (peak) you see another goal (peak) off in the distance.

All limits should be self imposed only if a person can help it I think. :)
