There are a total of 875 units in Eastpointe Country Club.  There are two fine golf courses in Eastpoint.  There is a requirement of a minimum of a social membersip in one of the clubs.  The fee for the social membership is $4,300 a year.  This is on top of the HOA fees which vary by the size of the home.  Eastpoint is a gated community that is very well maitained.  There is one entrance off of Hood Road and one off of Donald Ross Road.  Both gates are manned and in addition there is a second gate on Donald Ross for residents with electronic only access.

In the last 12 months there were only 12 condos sold in Eastpointe Country Club.  With 13 active listings that says there is about a one year inventory of condos.  The sold prices range from a low of $47,200 to a high of $85,000.

Eastpointe Country Club single family homes offered for sale number 31.  The asking prices run from $99,900 to $535,000. The number of single family homes sold in Eastpointe Country Club in the last 12 months was 55.  The lowest price was $81,299 and the highest price was $700,000 and the next highest priced sale was $370,000. 

With an inventory of 31 homes for sale and 55 sales in the lst 12 months it says there is a little over 6 months supply of single family homes.  Look at the homes for sale now in Eastpointe Country Club.
