Esplanade Avenue in New Orleans gives me two of my favorite photos of the week… It could give me one everyday of the Year.....

I think these are my two favorite photos of the week of homes in New Orleans and both were on Esplanade Ave at different times of the week. Its a long street and interesting street with plenty of things to see and photograph.

The porch scene is at 1004 Esplanade Ave. in the French Quarter. It just looked so inviting as I was walking by. Its a Victorian that has been converted into some great condos.

The second one was near a place that I parked to get a shot of the Degas House. It looked interesting as well and decided to take the street sign in it as well. Now I will have to get some info on the home as it is sure to have a story itself.

There is no place on earth that exudes the mysterious hauntingly beautiful architecture and spirit of New Orleans.

Eric, when AR took down all the archived photos to help the speed here, guess the photos are missing in our posts too.
