MY MENTAL VACATION IS NOW OVER!

I took a little time away from blogging and I needed it. Of course I love blogging but it was important to really just take some time to read, spend time with friends and family and to rest. Yes I lost blogging points but in the scheme of things, keeping life in perspective is paramount.

Today is the first full work week of 2013 and I am ready to get back into work and blogging! I feel truly rested and refreshed. I am looking forward to taking it all on! Let get this show on the road!

2013 is looking great for real estate in Montgomery County and The Woodlands. All indications are pointing toward a very strong year with positive growth in jobs, housing and an overall positive local economy! We will continue to see shorter days on market, multiple offer situations and lower inventory.

A mental vacation is always a good way to stay in balance. Being rested can help us all be prepared for big things that are coming! Bring it on 2013!

Thanks Eric! I did need the break and didn't realize it until a few days into it. Then it was very evident that I was tired and the break would be good for me. We all need to know and recognize our limitations.
