Chesterbrook sales 2012
Chesterbrook carries a Wayne address but is in Tredyffrin Township, and is in part of Tredyffrin Easttown School District, it is a development of several sub developments of different names all grouped under the Chesterbrook name.
In 2012 Trend MLS reported there were 96 sales of apartments and town homes in Chesterbrook. There are also several single family homes in Chesterbrook, but this report does not cover those sales, that will follow later.
Homes vary from one and two bedroom apartments to three and four bedroom townhomes.
Valley Stream saw the most sales, with eleven homes selling, four one bedroom apartments priced between $152,000 - $161,600; five two bedroom apartments priced between $160,000 - $210,000, and two three bedroom apartments both priced at $205,000.
Eagles Ridge saw four sales all two bedroom apartments priced $165,000 - $198,000.
Washington Place saw three sales all two bedroom apartments priced $165,000 - $202,500.
LeForge Ct saw three homes sold all two bedroom units priced $169,900 - $191,000.
Mountain View saw five homes selling during 2012 again all two bedroom homes priced $180,000 – 217,000.
Cheswold Ct saw three two bedroom homes selling priced $205,000 – 228,000. Flintlock right next door to Cheswold Ct. saw four homes selling two two bedrooms $235,000 - $265,000 and two three bedroom homes $235,000 - $250,000.
In The Paddock Cavalry Ct had four homes sell in 2012 all two bedroom homes priced $200,000 – $227,500. Brigade Ct had two three bedroom homes sell priced $240,000 - $250,000. New Market Ct had two homes sell, both with two bedrooms priced $222,000 - $224,500.
On Rampart two homes sold both two bedroom homes, neither had a basement priced $253,100 - $274,000.
Bartletthad two homes sell both with two bedrooms priced $182,500 - $184,500.
Rittenhouse Ct. had five two bedroom homes sell priced $185,000 - $212,500.
On Woodstream two homes sold both three bedrooms priced $300,000 - $305,000.
On Militia Hill four homes sold, two having three bedrooms priced $325,000 - $340,000 and two four bedroom homes priced $362,500 - $390,000 all have two and half baths.
Cabot, which has a New England style home had four sales one two bedroom home priced at $335,000 and three homes with three bedrooms two and half baths priced $288,750 - $355,000.
Amity had three sales all three bedroom townhomes with two and half baths priced $305,000 - $362,500.
Windsor also had three sales of three bedroom two and half bath townhomes priced $310,000 - $355,000.
Main Street had three homes sell two two bedroom townhomes priced $240,000 - $260,000 and one three bedroom priced at $370,000.
In The Ponds, these all have two car garages, there were five sales one two bedroom home priced at $325,000 and four three bedroom homes priced $375,000 - $440,000.
There were several other sales of just one home on a street or sub development which lie within the general price guidelines of three bedroom or two bedroom homes. But these sales listed give a good indication of prices within the streets of Chesterbrook.
