I Think I Finally Got It Right. I have been a Website and Contact Management Systems vagabond. For the last decade I have jumped around from this one to that one trying to find the system that worked for me and my business.
I first started with Top Producer all the way back when they gave us all those template letters to mail out. Then they graduated to the internet side of marketing and I moved with them. The multi-modules they had bogged me down and I found it cumbersome.
Next I was persuaded to go to Homes.com as they could help me capture a retain leads. This worked okay for awhile but I found that it was lacking a more personal touch. I then was able to do a lateral move over to Advanced Access and got a little better contact management system but a little less web notoriety so I was dissatisfied after a few short months.
I jumped ship again and went back to Homes.com and used some of their other add-on systems and products and then started getting results. The costs were really digging deep into my monthly business expense so I was not completely happy with the way things were. I would drop some of the add-on’s and add others trying to find the right mix of results for money spent.
When I got involved in ActiveRain I was introduced through a webinar to Market Leader and a special introductory rate for a website, contact management platform and lead generator. It was worth a try and I made the switch again. Their system has everything I need all rolled into one.
My website, IDX feed, Contact Management and lead generator are in one neat little place with all the tools and system to stay in touch with my new leads and older contacts as well. I am working on getting every past contact entered and updated so that I can touch these contacts in groups. My investors can all get info on my super investment homes, my new home buyers can hear about the new subdivisions coming on line, my move-up buyers can be notified about some super home deals as they hit the market.
All in all, it is now up to me to use all the facets that are available to me through my Market Leader System. When I am ready to add more qualified leads I can do that easily. So far I have been surprised with the ease of use and how logical it all fits together. When I am finished updating all my contacts, I will be poised and ready to get the information conveyed in a speedy, professional manner to my contact base. New leads will be immediately added into the appropriate contact groups and will feel like they have an agent who cares and is working for them.
I Think I Finally Got It Right. This Market Leader System is the system for me and now it is about filling it up with my future contacts and making the best out of each new lead. I am tired of being a vagabond and want to put down some roots.
