Spring Market: Once we start getting closer to Spring action is really going to pick up. Meaning the really nice houses you have your eyes on now will be long gone. The new nice home listings that come up for sale closer to Spring will not last long either. In fact there will be more competition, multiple offers, and prices will be higher for the same house!
It will lead to frustration for many buyers, and it will take a few offers for you to buy a house. Right now there is still activity and are still multiple offer situations but there is a better chance for you to get a house. If your approved for a loan, or if you can quickly get approved for a loan - DO IT NOW! And then save money, time and frustration and find a house now!
