We’ve been waiting patiently for agents to enter the sold information on their sold listings for 2012. The numbers are in and Canyon Creek shows an excellent trend! The number of home sales is up, the average list price is up, average price per square foot is up and average days on market is down by 16%! The average size of the homes is almost identical in both years (smaller homes in demand).
All data is derived from the Austin MLS System. If any Canyon Creek home traded hands without a Realtor involved, then it won’t be reflected in this report.
