What or who is Realtor?    

A Realtor may be a mother, father, wife, husband, friend or relative to real people. A Realtor is a professional who takes their job seriously and lives by strict laws and a Code of Ethics. A Realtor takes hours of training and continuous education to strive for the highest level of professionalism and customer/client care. A Realtor works 24 hours a day 7 days a week 365 days a year to provide the highest level of service.

A Realtor puts his customer/client first even above their own interest. She/he will spend hours in search of the right property for you, often when you are unaware, your Realtor is hard at work doing research, making phone calls, sending emails and searching through listings, to find the property that best suits your needs.  A Realtor will schedule appointments for you and yes, cancel and reschedule appointments to best suit your schedule and desires then drive you to each of these listings and show you, often bringing you listing copies and folders to carry everything.

A Realtor will negotiate for you, do paperwork for you, educate you and stand by you.

A Realtor may be a mother, father, wife, husband, friend or relative to real people. When a Realtor is working for you they are not making a salary. A Realtor works strictly work on commission. All the time and energy spend on you putting you and your best interest above themselves and their family is unpaid unless and not until there is a closing.
