The numbers are interesting, but they don't reflect the "feel" of the market if you were to just look at them.  By way of the stats, not quite 40% of homes are selling at or above original asking.  However, it feels as if EVERY desirable property is going over these days.  Again, I know the stats are the truth, but it is funny how they don't represent the vibe of our market entirely.
