Where can I search for Maui properties for sale, for Maui real estate listings?
I have noticed that some buyers are not sure where to look for Maui listings and Maui MLS information. They think they can find it on those sites like Zillow and Trulia, without realizing that those are really just advertising sites. While they might find some of the properties for sale presented on listing aggregation sites, it may not be the most accurate and up to date.
Maui listings and Maui MLS properties can all be found easily enough. We Maui REALTORS subscribe to Maui Websearch which is the consumer facing portal for Maui IDX, or internet data exchange. All Maui REALTORS who pay their MLS dues have access to the same set of data. There is only one provider of this info on Maui, which makes it really simple and easy. We send this same bunch of listings out to the sydication sites and they compile it with other feeds so you'll think they have more stuff.
MAUI IS THE SOURCE. MAUI REALTORS collect the listing information and agree to share it. Nobody will have a better collection of Maui listings. No other websites will have more up to date information. Any Maui REALTOR who displays the MLS properties for sale has the very same listings. You can go to any of those sites, including mine at www.eastmaui.com, and you can go to the Realtors Association of Maui as well.
