School Choice Scholarships, a nonprofit organization that grants scholarships to low-income children in Louisville, is hosting a free fair on Saturday, January 12, from 9:30am-12:00pm at Nativity Academy. The fair will focus on healthy living and families will have the opportunity to learn how to make healthy living choices by creating healthy meals at home. Guests will also be able to pick up free materials on how to stop smoking, participate in free health screenings and get healthy living tips from sponsor Louisville Medical Alliance. Food will also be donated by Panera Bread!

The fair's sponsor, School Choice Scholarships, is a nonprofit organization that was founded in 1998 on the belief that a quality primary education is they key to breaking out of the generational cycle of poverty. This nonprofit allows families to send their children to one of more than 60 private elementary and middle schools of their choice in Jefferson and Oldham counties. Since its start, School Choice, has provided over 4,000 scholarships and invested over 8 million dollars in at-risk children.
