Early morning is the most peaceful time in the Pine Barrens at the Jersey Shore. No phones and few people around! It's a perfect time for a walk, to reflect and then plan the day.

Most people around here do not like pine trees. Not us. My husband and I love them. They are the only thing that stays green in the winter. the whistling tree ducks love to hang out in them, and they remind me of my grandparents home in Louisiana. All good reasons to love them if you ask me! :))) Nice shot!!
Laura - The way the lighting is placed in that picture makes for a wonderful photo! I can almost smell the pine from here, and I'm 3000 miles away:-)
