I am a few days late posting these statistics, however I am happy to report that I have been busy with Real Estate since the beginning of the year.  While the number of sales are still down, the median sales price for the state does not show double digits!  Please don't forget to read the asterisks on the Naples Board of Realtors contribution to this report.  Here the figures for existing condos:
