Seems to be the question of the moment here in scenic Charlotte NC! Lots of agents and homebuyers alike are curious as to what's going on with Turnberry Homes. As you may remember from my post in December, Turnberry Homes has decided to close up shop in Charlotte NC and focus energies on their home market in Nashville TN.
It's truly a loss to the Charlotte real estate market, since Turnberry builds a home of excellent quality and develops lovely neighborhooods.
After some extensive interviewing of real estate agents and companies in Charlotte, the owners of Turnberry Homes selected my team to market their remaining inventory here, a collection of 20 gorgeous homes and 43 lots which are in prime locations and ready for someone's dream house. I have to say that I'm very excited about the opportunity to help Turnberry clear their inventory! (And as you may have already guessed, I'm excited for the buyers who will be getting stellar deals on high quality, highly upgraded homes!).
