I don't bite.
You may not know me personally. Although I grew up in Sharon and know a broad network of people here, we may not have met yet. I understand that when you are choosing someone to get your home sold in Sharon MA you want to have confidence that your Realtor® can get the job done...and done well. I believe you also want to have a sense of trust in that person and a comfort level that allows that trust.
My blog is one way that you can get to know me a little. You can learn about me from my writing style and from the topics I write about. Maybe you can even get a sense of me from my photo. I write the blog to give you information and so that we can engage in a dialogue about real estate.
I also created the Sharon Community facebook page so that people could share information, recommend, refer, question, laugh and connect. I'd really love to hear from you through an exchange of comments on www.livesharon.com, by email or with a tweet. You'll get to know me a little better and I'll get to know you. Really getting to know someone happens over time, and through at least some face-to-face contact. Your confidence and comfort level increase as you see the person do what they say they will do. Here's some additional information that I'd like you to know about me: I love writing! I always have. My mother still has some of the stories that I wrote when I had Mrs. Marion Healey in 3rd grade at Cottage Street Elementary School. She'll tell you how great they were. Really!
I even majored in journalism in college, wrote for The Patriot Ledger and dreamed briefly of becoming the female version of Woodward or Bernstein. But, sadly, they don't give investigative assignments to college students.
I also read A LOT! I love political thrillers...not too gory, though. Some of my favorite authors include Brad Thor, David Baldacci, John Grisham, Scott Turow, Marcia Muller, Brad Meltzer and many more. Then, there are the wonderful authors my husband won't consider like Jennifer Chiaverini, Jeanne Ray, Susan Wilson, Rita Mae Brown, Diane Mott Davidson, Joanne Fluke and Debbie Macomber. I could go on about this but I'll reign myself in.
My blog allows me to have the op-ed column I always wanted. I engage in social media like blogging, post on the Sharon community facebook page, twitter, LinkedIn, etc. so that I can share information with you about the Sharon MA real estate market. I also like to write about other news and information that may be of interest to you if you live in Sharon MA.
I love it when people post a comment or share a photo. Sometimes I know the person, and sometimes I don't. It makes me feel as though I'm part of a community...and I love the Sharon community.
The more information you have about the real estate market, the more informed your decisions will be. My goal is to take the mystique out of real estate. I think it's important that you understand what's happening in the local market and how that impacts you. You need to know what's true and what's a myth. Understanding the real estate transaction process and what's expected at each stage gives you a sense of confidence. Whatever decisions you need to make in life, you need reliable information first.
I care deeply about being successful for you. I have a strong sense of integrity and doing what's right. That's how I was raised and that's how I live. I want to be able to make your experience in selling real estate as comfortable as possible. My goal is to market your Sharon home for sale to the broadest number of potential buyers so we can sell your home in the shortest amount of time for the highest possible price. My satisfaction comes from yours.
Yes, it's no surprise that I too get paid, as everyone does who has a job. As a Realtor, I don't get paid until after I have sold your home.
Other than my parents though, you may not wake up every morning with the thought, "Nina Rogoff is an outstanding real estate agent whom I will call when I need to sell my house in Sharon MA". I won't call you during the dinner hour or early on Saturday morning asking if you're thinking about selling your home. I don't like it when telemarketers call me so I don't do it either. I do send postcards, and I do use social media platforms to let you know that I would love to be your trusted Realtor® when you are ready to sell your home in Sharon MA.
When you're ready for more information about selling your home in Sharon, please give me a call at 781-883-3764. I will be happy to meet with you, talk with you about the market value of your home, share my plan to market your home for sale and answer your questions.
Remember, I don't bite.
