I have recently read a post here about Plugoo (you can get one at http://www.plugoo.com/enter.php ) It is a type of IM that you can post on your web site and enable visitors to ask you questions and talk to you live. Very nice little gagged. I was very hesitant about and for a few weeks other then few friends giving me a hard time nothing.

Well.....

Wail working on something at my desk last Friday I gat an IM about a home I have listed. Long story short He is a military stationed in Japan and coming back next month. His wife came to my office that afternoon and we looked at few homes and they really like one of my listings. Currently I am helping them obtain financing as they are considering making an offer on that home.

WOW it pays to read and implement good idea's from ActiveRain.

Cynthia I am puzzled with that red X, and I cannot figure out why. Anyway you should look in to it as you are dealing with a lot military and they apparently use this a lot to talk their friends and family. Make the best out of this rainy day!

Sonja, I've been thinking about adding IM to my websites and blogs. I'm glad to hear that it does indeed work and led to possible business for you. By the way, I've heard that now over 80-85% start their search on the internet.
