Active Rain Computer Freeze

Once in a blue moon while on Active Rain, my computer will lock or freeze up. My computer is new with plenty of storage left and has the new AMD Turion 64 Chip so I do not think it is on my end. Plus it has never locked up at any other time. Seems to happen when Blogging or commenting. Has anyone else experiences this issue?

It's happened to me too and I also have the AMD Turion 64. Could it be........... Nah, I hope not!

I have the same problems with AR. No matter what computer software or system I am using.

Its not the AMD, no way, its the best chip on the market, and from what others have responde it seems like it is an AR server issue.

It has happened to me too. I usually prepare my blog on word, save, and then cut and paste just in case. It is easier.

I usually type my posts on my notepad, but when I'm either importing a picture or editing on AR I have the same problem.

Jeff - Happens to me, as well, from time to time. For me, it's not the computer that freezes up - instead I will experience no response, or a very slow response from AR when trying to post or comment on a blog post.

i think I will start tyoing my blogs in notepad or word which will surely solve the problem.

I have never had it lock up - just get REAL slow. I usually hot Refresh in the brower and it gets moving

jeff - I think we have all had our share with our computer going crazy when using AR.
