The Real Estate Market for E. Stroudsburg PA 18301 for December and Year To Date for 2012 is summarized in the following charts.



We start by taking a look at the Average Prices in the E. Stroudsburg PA 18301 Market.  The following chart shows the averages for December and for the Year.  Prices in this Market area continue to decline however we do note that the disparity between 2012 and 2011 for the Year were at least a little closer together.  We’ll take any good news we can get, even if it is in baby steps, so to speak.

When we take a look at the Number of Homes sold in the E. Stroudsburg PA 18301 Market we see some very good news.  The Number Sold for December and for the Year went UP! With increased demand comes many other good things.

The Absorption Rate for the Year has gone from a high of 16 months at the beginning of the year to 17 months at the end of the year.  The ideal absorption rate would be somewhere between 3-6 months.  Hopefully we will get there soon!
