Here at A/R, there's all kinds of great information from people who have specific skills that promote the sale of a property. Some are agents with vast sales experience, who are able to patiently work with a hesitant buyer until they "pull the trigger". I've also read blogs from people who have a terrific sense of design, and talk about how staging a home gets results, where before, the house sat on the market, unloved (and unclaimed). Others do virtual tours that get attention through web interfaces, bringing buyers to the property. Still others have great marketing ideas.
The underlying aspect tells a story of collaborative efforts whereby multiple skill sets are combined into a single effort to sell a property.
I bring something to the "table" that is a bit unconventional - I provide a service for Realtors® that allows them to show a buyer how to pay off a 30 year mortgage in under 15 years, without any additional mortgage payments, and no changes to the regular payment schedule.
Even more, it shows a homebuyer that they can also secure their retirement when they purchase the home, by accumulating half a million dollars, or more, using the same money they would use to pay bank interest.
I'd like to offer this to colleagues in addition to other services they use to help sell, ie: staging, video tours, or great marketing.
