I just finished a great Open House at 92 Keyel Drive in Penfield this afternoon! I had 12 groups through over the 2 hour period.
I had just relisted the property for $159,900 which was a $5,000 reduction from the previously listed price. I would say there were at least 4 groups that could be writing an offer. This home has 3 bedrooms, 1 and 1/2 baths and is 2,181 square feet. It has 2 woodburning fireplaces and hardwood floors throughout! It is located on a lot that is 125 feet by 200 feet deep.
The weather we are having is atypical for our area in january! Today it was almost 60 degrees and sunny! Usually it is 18 to 25 degrees with wind and snow! Maybe the weather had something to do with the large attendance!
