San Clemente Real Estate Market Report By Mark Paulson 1/13/2013

This weeks market update for San Clemente and surrounding areas from a San Clemente Realtor shows that Orange County Median Prices for the resale homes were up 16.9 percent, for new homes up 5.4 percent and for resale condos up 16.9 percent. The sales volume is up for resale homes 28.7 percent and up 11.2 percent on condos and up 31.4 percent for new homes.

• Mission Viejo Zip Code 92691 sales prices are up 62.0 percent and the sales volume is up 3.3 percent.
• Mission Viejo Zip Code 92692 sales prices are up 24.5 percent and the sales volume is down 1.9 percent.
• Aliso Viejo sales prices are up 11.4 percent and the sales volume is up 10.0 percent.
• Laguna Niguel sales prices are up 24.1 percent and the sales volume is up 19.6 percent.
• Rancho Santa Margarita sales prices are up 24.3 percent and the sales volume is up 15.9 percent.
• San Clemente Zip Code 92672 sales prices are up 36.3 percent and the sales volume is up 75.0 percent.
• San Clemente Zip Code 92673 sales prices are up 27.4 percent and the sales volume is up 23.9 percent.

There is nothing wrong with this report only one negative stat and that was for Mission Viejo 92692 the sales volume dropped 1.9 percent. All other cities and sales prices and sales volumes are up.
