First of all I love this building. What great old architecture. This is a great sounding store. I would love a chance to shop there.

Sounds like a really neat place. We visited a number of museums this weekend, along with other sites in St. Augustine. We had never been here before.

The rest of the week is for RR and time with my wife.

Make it a great week.

Hi Debbie, that Customs building is so gorgeous, I would love to visit the inside, just to get a sense of the architecture.  Do you know when it was built? It looks kind of beaux arts-late 19th century?

Debbie, The building is fantastic and I will be writing about it in the new future.

Joe, When we travel we visit museums and find that a great way to learn about the area and have something constructive to do too. Enjoy you trip.

Wayne, It has quite a history that I will share soon.

Joanna, You are right on the money. Late 19th century with a Far East influence.

Barbara-Jo, This building is one of my favorites from our downtown. The city is over 200 years old so I think it is time to start featuring some old historic buildings.
