A Golfer Looking For a Home

If you’re in the market for a new home and you’re an avid golf player I’ve recently been looking at some Brunswick Forest resales that might interest you. First of all, Brunswick Forest is in Leland, North Carolina, just outside of Wilmington. It also is a golf community with a nice assortment of Brunswick Forest resales suitable for any size family. It’s a great place for nature lovers and golfers alike.

On our recent trip over to Brunswick Forest we were quite taken with this stately brick home that reminded us of our New England roots. The home is really very nice. It offers nearly 4,000 square feet of living space and has 4 bedrooms and 3-1/2 bathrooms. It’s a two story home which is just want we’ve been wanting.

The large open rooms in this home would compliment any decor or furniture. Beautiful wood floors and solid surface countertops are just a few of the upgrades in this home. A muted theme runs through all of the bathrooms. There’s a fireplace to curl up next to during the short winter season, or enjoy the wonderful back deck for most of the year. A deck built on is great for chilling and grilling with new friends and neighbors. We could clearly have a full social life inside or out.

It seems to me that Brunswick Forest would be a nice golf community to live in. The community features miles of trails, a state of art wellness center and impeccable common areas. That and the golf course would be just about all I need!
