Your foreclosure prices are about what ours are. Although we are starting to see a lot less of the really bad fixer uppers.

Dick this is so interesting - makes me want to do the same thing here in Phoenix. Greely is a very affordable place to buy a home if the most expensive was $800,000. And the smallest 529 square feet......now that's tiny...and with 2 bedrooms to boot!
