Every Wednesday night, The Boot Scooters of Southern Maryland offer FREE beginner line dancing lessons.
I went to one a few weeks ago and had a really good time! The woman teaching the lesson went slow and was really helpful on the steps that some people were having trouble with. And if you aren't a huge fan of country music, that's okay, there are line dances to almost any song you can think of! We learned 2 'easy' dances that evening and were invited to stay and watch or participate in more advanced dances afterwards.
Where: Hotel Charles (on Burnt Store Rd. in Hughesville)
When: Every Wednesday evening!
Time: 7-7:30pm are the beginners lessons and Everyone is invited to stay afterwards and watch or participate in the more challenging dances :)
