Up Close and Personal – Dig Deep Mystery Judges Revealed

Kathleen, Great choice in Judges, all great Active Rainers.  Now I have to read more of these myself!

I hope the judges all have tissues available when reading.  wonderful panel of judges.  I have to commend you Kathleen.  I ready through many posts, myself.  And this contest is one that I know you have read every single post!  So Impressive!  I have noticed your kind words of encouragement and sincerity.  I am hoping your recovery continues!

I have not had a chance to read the entries in the Contest but I can only imagine how touching they are and how rewarding the experience must have been for everyone involved.

OK!  I just sent my picks off to the other judges, and I have to say that this was a contest that was really difficult to "judge", because there really isn't any judgement here.  There was so much inspiration and such a personal look at so many of you that I'm sitting here pretty awed and ready to just go to sleep.  Whew!

I wouldn't mess with these judges! That is a monumental project from reading a bunch of them. So many opened up their innermost experiences, which must not have been easy.

I've been a judge on AR in the past and it is certainly not an easy job.   I can't even imagine having to choose with so many jaw droping and inspiring stories.  Thanks to each of you for taking on the task!

This was a contest that caused us all to dig deep and it wasn't easy to write and certainly not easy to read by the judges. I don't envy them. I read each one and thought to myself, this is a collection of people's souls, an insight into how people think and respond to adversity. You yourself never dreamed or planned for cancer and as you know life doesn't stop just because of a health concern. People still have to eat, get up in the morning, sleep, wash clothes, clean house, take care of themselves, they have responsibilities, birthdays, anniversaries, babies are born, other people have death in their families too, there are people who share their painful stories and you listen and you either have compassion or you recoil. But you Kathleen, like all the others who have been faced with severe adversities who wrote about their stories on ActiveRain demonstrated true courage and inspiration.

It is an honor and a privilege to be a part of the ActiveRain Community where no one is better and no one is worse. The drive that people have is to be applauded. I bow to those who have overcome serious health issues, death or dying. Challenges are many. Confronting problems is a way of life - for some it's greater but no one is exempt. How we got here to where we are at this point in our life in the Real Estate industry, whether by natural citizenship, job loss or life time career doesn't matter - all that matters is for now, we are part of a great ActiveRain family and community.
