William - You and me both!  I've been feeling a whole lot like that old boat lately!  I think the really cold temperatures which have plagued Sacramento the past couple weeks are contributing to it.  I finally cut loose and went swimming anyway yesterday.  I know other parts of our nation likely think overnight temperatures in the low 30s are toasty.  But, I'm simply not that aclimated:-)

Than - I don't really know the story behind that boat.  I do know it has been resting in that same spot for years.

How did you do this, Myrl? What software did you use to turn this into a painting? I've seen your point-and-shoot camera, and I know it can't do this, so how did you do it? Tell meeeeeeee, waaah.

Elizabeth - Actually, I uploaded the picture to www.iPiccy.com and used their editing tools.  They have several effects that can be implemented to create a variety of outcomes.

Acckk, Myrl, it only works on a PC, rats, double rats. Well, that's why they make all the expensive cool software for a Mac, I guess. Still, bummer!!!
