Between what the state of FLorida & my broker require, getting the offer/contract paperwork together is more time-consuming than most people realize.  Right now, in a deal where I represent the out-of-state seller, I have two addendums outstanding for her signature; and another government disclosure form requiring the buyer's signature.  With time-sensitive documents, how was business conducted before FAX machines & e-mails?  It's impossible to imagine this business without our present day technology tools.   My seller, who hasn't engaged in any realty transactions in nearly 11 years, is amazed at how business is conducted today.  Indeed.  It'll be interesting to see how technology continues to change how we do realty.
