Bryant Tutas has been in Real Estate for 18 years and is the Broker/Owner of Tutas Towne Realty, Inc located in Kissimmee FL. He is also the co-founder of Short Sale Superstars and co-broker of REGrow, LLC. Negotiating Short Sales is the cornerstone of his business. He does it often and he does it well.
Bryant’s passion is teaching others how to be successful with short sales. With this as his goal Bryant and his partner Wendy Rulnick, Broker/Owner of Rulnick Realty, founded Short Sale Superstars in June 2009. Short Sale Superstars is an online network of over 12,000 Short Sale professionals who assist each other through online forums, blogs and networking.
On a personal level Bryant is married to TLW (The Lovely Wife), has identical twin boys who are now 37 years old and 6 grand children ages 3 to 15.
Mike Linkenauger (Short Sale Specialist Network)
Mike got his start in Real Estate in 2005 at the young age of 26. He immediately established himself as a top producer in the Jacksonville, FL market, moving into the top 1% of agents his first year in the business. As the Florida housing market became depressed in 2007, Mike took advantage of the situation and quickly learned the short sale business.
