The best indicator is to request the info from your fellow Realtor. They have rental info in the MLS and can show you the asking prices, as well as the prices that actually rented for. [Disclamer: Not all rental info is in MLS as owners opt to rent on they're own.]

This might be  a good tool for getting an idea what renters in the area are paying or how  much landlords are charging.  However, there are so many things to take into consideration when pricing a rental.  One must see the others to conclude how  much his property or rental should be rented for.
