I don't understand this....just like during Hurricane Sandy and with the potential for power outages, I suggested that everyone on Fb FRIEND their utility companies to stay updated on the efforts to keep their utilities ON.
NOW....it is snowing in Central VA and HOA management firms are EMAILING plowing and parking instructions to the ABSENTEE PROPERTY OWNERS!
HELLO! IT IS SNOWING HERE * NOW! Why don't you have a Fb page for the HOA and post these instructions THERE so that automatic notifications are sent to the property RESIDENTS' who are the ones who need to MOVE THEIR CARS so that the firm plowing the roads/drives and parking areas are not OVERcharging for the time they spend doing the job they were contracted for.
Fortunately, I have an owner who has forwarded the HOA's recent and parking instructions to me and I will forward them to my residents.
NOTE to ActiveRain members who are on the governing boards of their HOA or PUD....get out of the MAILING rut and get on the FREE CLOUD - keep the costs LOW and keep in TOUCH
