Do not buy a condo at the Stansbury Condos in Salt Lake City until you have read this. There some things that you need to consider before you decide to purchase one. 
Overview:
The Stansbury Condos in Salt Lake City are located at 710 E 200 S. Being just off of 700 E is convenient but it is not as close to the downtown attractions as some of the other communities. They are, however, some of the least expensive condos in the area. If you are looking to be close to the city but not be directly in the busy part of downtown, the Stansbury Condos could be a good choice.

Let’s talk about the pros and the cons for the Stansbury Condos in Salt Lake City.
The Good:
The Stansbury Condos are in a good spot in a lot of ways. They are right across the street from a grocery store and other shops. They are also very close to downtown. The Stansbury Condos are also some of the least expensive condos in the downtown area. The HOA fee is also very low compared to most other communities. I place a lot of value on having a secure parking garage. The Stansbury Condos have both a secure parking garage and a storage unit.
The Bad:
Not having laundry hookups in the unit is a pain in the butt. At least they have a coin operated laundry room in the building, but still, you will wish you had laundry hookups. The pool is nice, but it is outdoors, meaning that you really can only use it in the summer months.
