Hi John - I personally like a map based search but it's not for everyone. I also offer a very basic search for those looking for more of a traditional search - think it depends on the user. Not sure if preference is gender based or not but guessing thet the tech savvy users like map based. Regards Dave

I get at ton of leads from buyers who find my listings on Trulia and Zillow, and the first thing I ask them is why the hell are they looking on Trulia and Zillow -- relying on out of date information?? But I'm happy they contact me. They've at least landed up in the right place. Like buyers in Orange County who call Dave Grbich.

Hi Joan - Trulia/Zillow are popular with buyers but their listings don't show the proper status - many times a home is sale pending/under contract which is is always shown on these sites. Regards Dave
