A Cozy Fireplace in a Log Home...Priceless...202 Pinewood Dr
Back in 1980 when this log home was built an Italian stone mason waited patiently for one side of the log wall to be built so he could painstakingly lay each Italian stone one stone at a time.
Soaring 27 feet in the air and 6 feet in width this beautiful stone fireplace, that sparkles up close, was this stone masons pride and joy.
The cost back then?? Around $10,000
He included a built in ash dump as well as two chimney stacks so that down the road the owner
could put a wood stove in the basement if they wished.
There is nothing more comforting on a cold winter night than a lit fireplace in a log home.
