Great news for your area. We are finally seeing a turnaround in our market here on Marco Island, Florida too. Yeah
Dorie, You walked away with some pretty good information to pass on to buyers and sellers in the Austin market. Thanks for the update, happy selling!
Dori - Austin has done very well through this recession. I had some clients move there - they lost a lot of money on their home in NH and then had to pay a high price for their home in Austin. I hope your market continue to enjoy what looks like a robust market.
Dorie ...Great title and I think so true in many areas of the country!
Congrats on the feature!
Sounds like you are right...if you are in Austin, time to buy now or lose out :)!
Dorie, it seems like much of Texas escaped the "bubble" effect. Austin sounds like a fun place to live.
Excellent review, Dorie! So glad you were able to attend and share this great news! We're very similar here and some communities that are top-selling neighborhoods have NO active listings! It's just crazy here--inventory is down and we're BEGGING people to sell their homes!
Sounds like you are going to be very busy this year.
Dorie - It sounds like everything including housing is going strong in Austin.
Wow! some really good news for Austin. Things look like they will be happening for the foreseeable future.
Wow Dorie. That is some positive news.
Hi Dorie,
Austin consistently gets great Texas reviews - it's a GREAT place to call home.
Title Companies that offer education make the best partners.
When it comes to selling Real Estate in Austin, I can think of no one better than YOU!
Dorie, all good news for Austin, and be prepared to write if you find that home that woould work!
Dorie, I keep reading about how hot the Austin market is. I can see why with those stats. I hope this is your best year ever!
It is a wonderful time for home buyers to take advantage of the very low mortgage interest rates. Some buyers will be faced with multiple contract competition in preferred neighborhoods.
