There is a company in Charlotte NC that does that and seems to do really well.

Interesting approach. I am not sure they are not being deceptive in comparing standard coverage to enhanced coverage. That will lower the cost right off the bat. In California we couldn't do anything like this since all our fees are regulated, including the settlement or escrow fee. We have to charge the same to everyone.
