Grouper For Brunch......Blackened And Fried.......Florida Living!
Having just caught a fish of sizeable proportions. I was more than interested in Barbara-Jo's post about the grouper.

Grouper for brunch! You can't beat that! Blacked grouper and fried grouper
nuggests, either way it doesn't get any better and it is pretty typical Florida Living!
This morning, after our walk down to Wall Springs Park, Ronnie prepared a great Sunday morning brunch for us to enjoy. He had fried grouper nuggests in a wheat bun with veggie lasagna
while I had blackened grouper with rice, veggie lasagna and steamed broccoli.
We have had grouper for the last four days in a row. Caught out in the Gulf of Mexico, nothing can compare to fresh grouper, no matter how it is served! Just one more advantage of living on the Gulf Coast here in the Sunshine State.
