Beth and Richard,

I am indeed a PADI Instructor Development Staff Instructor and can teach 27 specialties and courses all the way to Asst Instructor.  Only for 2013, I am completely focused on developing my mega team in 2013 so that I can slow down and enjoy the gift that is Keller Williams Profit Sharing.

I have had a taste in my first 3 years, but nothing like the 6 figure passive income that can come from building my team and that is above and beyond anything the team can produce. 

Once my first team is complete this year, I plan to plant a few more around the state including the Orlando Market and South Florida Market and maybe West Coast Market.

Then I can slow down and think about my ultimate plan of Operating Principal of a tropical island location where I can dive out the rest of my life in paradise.
