SOLD again - Susan Emo, Sales Representative with Sotheby's International Realty Canada, Brokerage, has made another Buyer & Seller in Kingston happy and smiling!

3373 Highway 2 today has a SOLD sign blowing in the wind (you'll note our snow has pretty much disappeared!)

Nothing makes me happier than to see my clients smiling after a successful negotiation, however I'm sure there will be many disappointed Buyers who were hoping this would be their next home. The market is hopping . . . you snooze you lose :)
