The total amount of listings sold was up by approximately 5%, the average sales price increased by 8%, and days on market dropped by nearly 11%. As you can conclude, the Richmond VA Real Estate market had positive movement in 2012, just as it did for the Henrico County Real Estate Market. We are already starting 2013 off with an inventory shortage, yet an abundant amount of buyers looking to make the transition into home ownership!
