• bring a small plant into your home, a great place to purchase on is in IKEA for $2.99. This symbolizes growth and rejuvenation
• Go for a walk outside or do some simple activity that provide your body with movement to help circulate your energy 
• connect with a friend or family member to simply say hello
• do an activity that you enjoy or be spontaneous and try something new
