Belleville NJ Home Prices Rose 11.35% in 2012

Belleville NJ concluded a strong year of residential home sales in 2012.  For the year, single-family residential sales prices appreciated 11.35% to an average sales price of $226,288.  The year closed with a flurry, with three straight months of average sales price increases reflected in the chart below.

Total units sold in Belleville also rose, from 115 units closed in 2011 to 120 units closed in 2012.  Belleville home values seem poised for a continued run of success in 2013, especially with inventory levels low and a lack of quality homes on the market.

With prices rises and inventory low, Belleville is quickly becoming a seller's real estate market.  Now is a great time for Belleville homeowners to find out with their home is worth.
