If you are going to do a cross-sale, it’s always a treat to do with it an Active Rain member! Especially if that Active Rain member is Nancy Connor with City Realty!
I never knew Nancy (I knew of her but didn’t know her) until we met online in the Active Rain community. Olympia still is a relatively small town yet we still crossed paths. And what’s even worse is our offices are probably less than 3 miles from each other yet it took the online world for us to meet!
Nancy had a great new listing in Lacey, WA and I had the buyers who found it to be the perfect house for them! If you are going to have to do a cross-sale, it might as well be with an Active Rain member.
After we had a smooth and successful sale, we had to celebrate, of course. And how convenient that Nancy just wrote about a new bakery in town (Phoebe’s Pastry Café) – so that’s where we went for a victory latte!
In my humble opinion, not only are Active Rain Realtors more knowledgeable than those that are non-Rainers, but they also know the great places in town for the best coffee and pastries! So if you are going to do a cross-sale, it might as well be with an Active Rain member!
